Afghanistan has about 75 billion cubic meters water (surface & underground)

Afghanistan has about 57 billion cubic meters of surface water and 18 billion cubic meters of underground water, a significant portion of which goes to neighboring countries without proper use and management.

That is, we annually release millions of cubic meters of water to our neighbors without any cost or benefit. A dollar cubic meter of water is bought and sold between neighboring countries.
